Rollin’ & Scratchin’

They’re back folks.  Edmonton’s hottest export since Rollie Pemberton aka Cadence Weapon, Shout Out Out Out Out’s have just released the follow up to their 2006 ‘Not Saying/Just Saying’.  The band that’s obsessed with vocoders, electro, and computer disco has crafted yet another melting pot of live drums, synths, and double bass goodness. With a little less emphasis on Vocoders for vocals (which is a good thing) and a little more on atmospheric melodies (also a bonus), ‘Reintegration Time’ is a complete album from start to finish.

Check out the lead track ‘Run’ ‘Coming Home’, which sees Shout Out’s at possibly their most melodic affair. If this party were a stew, I’d eat it for dinner every night!  Keep an eye out for Shout Out Out Out Out as they hit the road in the Spring.
