Rollin’ & Scratchin’

Recently there have been a lot of posts with the 4 parts of Justice’s Planisphere that they made for the Dior Homme Spring/Summer 2009 fashion show. It’s interesting to listen to and it would be kinda rad if you went to a fashion show and were bombarded with models walking around to hard ass beats like this; but it didn’t really provide songs for DJs to throw into their sets.

Well Kaxe picked up on this and has released his solution to the world. It’s basically a mix and mash of all 4 parts of Planisphere to make one new song. Personally, I think he does a good job of grabbing the most interesting parts of the various songs. There’s some really good buzz saw synths and classic Justice low end and a little french touch sound to keep things interesting. I also wouldn’t be surprised if that guitar sound shows up more and more in Justice’s new songs. They’ve always wanted to be rock stars.
