Astrolabe – Letters From Tokyo

A while ago, we got a message from a 20 year old producer in Tokyo asking us to check out his music.  After a bit of back in forth with this kid name Ryuto, we sort of lost track of his tunes until one popped up on my itunes this morning.

Astrolabe draws from various influences for his productions including fellow Japanese experimentalists, Yellow  Magic Orchestra to Mr. Oizo.  His sample-laden bleep-house has had me tapping my toes at my desk all morning.  Be on the look out for this kids as he strives to break international waters into North America.
